CCTV OPERATOR  

  1. Should be aware / well trained to handle incidents during emergencies, with no panic.
  2. Should be well trained for communicating with Customers I Tenants / Staff during incidents.
  3. Professional Radio use during emergencies.
  4. Should be well trained for Fire Fighting.
  5. Should be aware of names of Stores / complete infra-structure of the Mall / Facilities.
  6. Well knowledge of Management Team including Enova plus phone numbers.
  7. Should priorities the incidents in the mall that happen at the same time.
  8. Should immediately attend incidents within 3 minutes of happening.
  9. Take pictures of all Incidents / important observations for safety.
  10. Operate general control system computer for uploading information from proxy pens and generating reports.
  11. Handle disabled call alarms to be Monitored /Inspected / Submitted the report accordingly.
  12. Ensure Fire Alarm Panel main audio system is always operational.
  13. Monitor daily Inspections of extract fans and dampers control panels.
  14. Respond to intercom system between CCTV Room & Elevators.
  15. Control the entry of unauthorized personnel inside the ERT control room.
  16. Make sure the control room door is always clear.
  17. Make sure the control room is always clean and tidy.
  18. Know location of nearest (Fire Cabinet / Manual Call Point / Fire Escape Door).
