PRODUCTION ENGINEER  

BENEFICIATION PLANT

  1. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in the Chemical or Petro Chemical industry. Minimum of 2 years of experience to be at similar level. Experience in Ammonia, Sulfuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid and Phosphate fertilizer manufacture is an asset 
  2. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. Seek out and solve process and production problems and develop solutions for process improvement in the plant operation.
  3. Process troubleshooting, resolve issues and improve quality, cost and production rates.
  4. Advise and/or train the production supervision and hourly personnel during the start-up and/or development of new processes in collaboration with a process engineer or team.
  5. Analyze productivity, quality, cost, and maintenance data and use that information to optimize existing plant equipment. 
  6. Development of the start-up plan for the facilities, including supervision of commissioning and ramp up planning.
