PositionNos   Salary
HSSE ADVISOR
  1. Must have more than 10 years of experience in construction and commissioning of Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining or Power generation industry.
  2. Minimum 2 years in HSSE lead position.
  3. Must hold a NEBOSCH Diploma or an IOSH Graduate certificate
  4. Must be able to supervising up to 7 HSSE Field Inspectors
  5. Must be capable of training the staff in relevant FISSE topics, typically to include but not be limited to HSSE Induction, Permit to Work, Working at Height, Confined Space, Electrical Safety, Road Safety and Basic Fire Fighting.
  6. Must be capable of supporting HSSE audits and implementation of the HSSE Plan.
The technical evaluation will consider the following items:
  • HSSE Advisors for day shift and night shift must be of equal level.
  • HSSE Advisors must show that he has led a team on a similar project.
HSSE COORDINATOR
  1. Must have more than 10 years of experience in construction and commissioning of Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining or Power generation industry,
  2. Minimum 2 years in HSSE lead position.
  3. Must hold a NEBOSCH General Certificate or a Technician IOSH
  4. Must be able to read, write and speak English and should be able to communicate with the majority manpower in their language
  5. Must be capable of supervising up to 7 HSSE field inspectors
  6. Must be capable of training the staff in relevant HSSE topics, typically to include but not be limited to HSSE Induction, Permit to Work, Working at Height, Confined Space, Electrical Safety, Road Safety and Basic Fire Fighting.
  7. Able to support in the development of Job Safety Analysis / Job Hazard Analysis of engineering tasks as required.
