Diploma in related field with Minimum of 8 years hands on maintenance experience in related field Ability to supervise, guide and coordinate Thorough knowledge of related field Effective communication skills Ability to read technical drawings, and to know commissioning procedures Ability to read, write and communicate in English

✈ CARPENTER – FG114012

Minimum of 5 years hands on maintenance experience in related field Ability to read, write and communicate in English

✈ MASON - FG114013

Minimum of 5 years hands on maintenance experience in related field Ability to read, write and communicate in English

✈ SENIOR HVAC TECHNICIAN – FG11401

Performs skilled HVAC operation and maintenance tasks Must Have a Diploma in related field with Minimum of 5 years hands on maintenance experience n related field Ability to supervise, guide and coordinate thorough knowledge of related field Effective communication skills Ability to read technical drawings, and to know commissioning procedures Ability to read, write and communicate in English Key Accountabilities Performs skilled HVAC planned maintenance tasks. Performs Routine maintenance tasks. Performs HVAC troubleshooting and Repairs. Participates in advanced tasks under supervision Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned Responds to client complaint / requests. Attends and participates in commissioning of new HVAC Installations. Leads up to four subordinate(s). Maintain and repair cooling systems, including, refrigeration units, AHUs. DOC system, cold room, climate control, compressors, motors and pumps, Maintain and repair humidifiers and dehumidifiers. Maintain and repair ACU (air cooling unit), FFU (FAN filter Unit). FPB (Fan Power Box). Maintain and repair Actuators , valves . cleaning strainers ... Able to maintain Air quality requirements inside buildings

✈ SENIOR HVAC & CONTROL TECHNICIAN. - FG11402

Role Purpose: Performs skilled HVAC Control operation and maintenance tasks Must Have a Diploma in related field with Minimum of 5 years hands on maintenance experience in related field Ability to supervise, guide and coordinate thorough knowledge of related field Effective communication skills Ability to read technical drawings, and to know commissioning procedures Ability to read. Write and communicate in English Key Account abilities Performs skilled HVAC Control planned maintenance tasks. Performs Routine maintenance tasks. Performs HVAC Control troubleshooting and Repairs. Participates In advanced tasks under supervision. Performs miscellaneous lob related duties as assigned. Responds to client complaints / requests. Attends and participates in commissioning of new HVAC Control installations. Leads up to four subordinate(s). Maintain repair and program VFDs. Troubleshooting, repair, and replacing circuit breakers. Contactors, relays, fuses and electrical protection of deferent types. Maintain the power distribution of the MCCs panels (Motor Control Centers). Disassemble, repair, and reassemble MCCs using precision measurement’s tool. Dealing with electronic boards.
