CATEGORYNOSSALARY
✈ CNC LATHE OPERATORS / MACHINIST
JD: Diploma/ I.T.I Certificate holder with knowledge of API products, Experience. of 6-7 yrs. in
Programming & Operation of CNC Lathe & Vertical milling machine with Fanuc control
Preferably work experience mail & O industry. Programming & Operation of CNC Lithe &
Vertical milling machine. with Fanuc control. Planning & Selection of proper tooling to achieve
productivity Operation of oil country Lathe M/C. Manual Lathe and milling etc. Operation of
all type API threading in CNC and manual m/c. Review and execute for Production given
Drawing and timely completion. Programming Operation of ONC Lath. & Vertical milling
machine with Fanuc control.
✈ CNC MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
JD: Experience –7-8 yrs in CNC machining maintenance jobs ( Lathe/milling/VTL/etc.)
The person should be experience in maintenance of CNC/ VMC machines. DOOSAN etc.
Good knowledge about Fanuc & Siemens control systems. Mechanical and Electrical machinery
maintenance works. Breakdown and Preventive maintenance of CNC and PLC controlled Machines.
Trouble, shooting of hydraulics & pneumatic systems. Interested to work as team and eager to
learn new things.
✈ FABRICATION FOREMAN
JD : Experience-S to 10 years In fabrication workshop In oil & gas industry, manufacturing of
Tanks. Fuel tanks. Skids, piping etc. Preferable In the field of manufacturing oilfield products
related to API /completion tools/drilling equipment. We need candidate who has experience
in operation of Fabrication Workshop (Candidates with EPC Contractors background in not required)
✈ MANUAL MACHINIST / DEEP HOLE DRILLING MACHINE OPERATOR
JD : Must have worked on large Oil country Tubular lath, and must be familiar with API threads.
✈ PAINTER (AIRLESS PAINTING)
JD : Experience -5 to 10 years) The Candidate should be well experienced (Gulf Experience) in
Oil & Cas industries, fabrication jobs, should know how to do airless painting in different products
like Tanks, Vessels, process skids, pipes etc. with good knowledge and experience of airless
painting in steel industry, oil & gas product manufacturing.
✈ FABRICATION WORKSHOP ENGINEER
JD : Experience -10 + years’ experience in fabrication workshop in oil & gas industry, manufacturing
of Tanks. Fuel tanks, Skids, piping etc. Preferable in the field of manufacturing oilfield products
related to API /completion tools/drilling equipment. Should have experience in Fabrication
Workshop, Dealing with multiple projects with proper project planning and execution knowledge.
✈ CNC SUPERVISOR
JD : Experience- 3-6 yrs in CNC machining shop (Lathe/mulling/VTL/etc.) with knowledge. of CNC
programming. Preferable in the field of manufacturing oilfield products related to API /completion
tools/drilling equipment.
✈ CNC ENGINEER
JD : Experience.- 5-7 yrs in CNC machining shop (Lathe/milling/VTL/etc.) with knowledge of
CNC programming. Preferable, in the field of manufacturing oilfield products related to API Q1
products (API SA. API SCT. API ISA. API 1SC & API SPEC 7-l) /completion tools/drilling equipment.
