Roles :Machine Operator / Fitter/ Machinist / Repair Technicians / Assembly heavy equipment
RESPONSIBILITIES
. Follow procedures related to manufacturing.
• Support and participate in training
• Follow the operating procedures (SOP) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Ready to operate Water jet, Blasting, Adhesive spraying, Mold Buildup/Breakdown, Injection and CNC machines.
• Operate overhead cranes to move product to and from work cells.
• Follow injection molding procedures for manufacturing a stator.
• Reject product that does not meet written specifications and report to supervisor/QA.
• Document and maintain Process Control Sheets (PCS).
• Assist in repair work, as necessary.
• Handle tubes at an elevated temperature.
• Driving forklift will be added advantage.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards during the manufacturing process.
• Comply HSEQ procedures and company policies.
