OMAN URGENT REQUIREMENT

OIL & GAS REFINERY PROJECT

✈ TRAINING MANAGER
The employee will be responsible for providing specific trainings or facilitate such training to be provided for operation, maintenance and plant engineering personnel. Trainings will be done at Project site. He will manage all Training activities such as Training Material preparation, Classroom Trainings, On the Job Trainings and Competencies Assessment In the following field of interest: Power, Gas Monetization, Downstream, Oil and Gas Treatment, Unconventional Technologies, Auxiliary Systems, Pipe Lines, and Refinery process For this position, the candidate should have a degree in the related field and minimum 15 years of experience in managing training requirements of major Oil & Gas construction projects (at least 10,000 workers and multiple Subcontractors) particularly in the Middle East. The candidate should preferably have been working with an EPC Contractor for at least 4 years.
Duration: 12 Months (Renewable)
Working Hrs: 6 days a week I 10 hrs a day (No Overtime)
Salary : USD 266-300 Per Day
